Complete interior hotel renovation of Residence Inn Extended Stay consisting of 99 Units. Updated guestroom units and bathrooms, including 59 tub/shower conversions. Renovations also included Lobby, Reception area and Breakfast Eatery. Renovated all Public Restrooms and expansion of the existing Fitness facility.
