As a veteran of the hospitality industry with over 45 years of hands-on experience, Galen Gritzer has spent his career redefining the standard for construction management. In 1994, he established LMG Hospitality with a singular mission: to provide owners with a "hospitality-minded" management partner capable of executing complex CapEx programs and renovations with surgical precision.

Galen’s reputation is built on a foundation of integrity and a unique ability to envision solutions where others see obstacles. His extensive background spans the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept and design review to final handover. Under his leadership, LMG has successfully steered projects for the world’s most iconic hotel brands, focusing on asset preservation and the delivery of value-added services.
