A full renovation of upper and lower lobby and convention facility to include; new 70ft lobby bar, renovation of reception area, live wall and club lounge.  Created new break-out meeting area adjoining the Club Lounge that can be separated from normal actives.  Upgraded all existing F&B outlets, renovated upper and lower lobby restrooms to included adding a new Women’s Restroom, expanded the existing grab and go to support refrigerated equipment and new design scheme.  New design and replacement of the entry doors at the Porta cochere.  The lower public area under a complete renovation, concrete infill and enhancements of the Pre-Function and Convention facility to meet new design scheme.
