As a Veteran in the Hospitality Industry, combined with over 45 years of experience, Founder/President Galen Gritzer, in 1994 established a hospitality minded Project Management Company to provide services designed to assist Owners and Management Companies in the successful planning and execution of Cap-Ex programs to include construction and renovation requirements.
It is our passion to assist investors and hotel groups through quality planning, construction and renovation of developments from conception to completion. We assist owners/operators through project management with a partnership attitude to include, but not limited to, Design review, Value Engineering, Budget updates and Scheduling challenges within the transformations of their facilities. We look at the preservation of the asset and deliver value added services.
