Scope of Work: A full renovation of upper and lower lobby and convention facility to include; new 70ft lobby bar, renovation of reception area, live wall and club lounge.  Created new break-out meeting area adjoining the Club Lounge that can be separated from normal actives.  Upgraded all existing F&B outlets, renovated upper and lower lobby restrooms to included adding a new Women’s Restroom,  expanded the existing grab and go to support refrigerated equipment and new design scheme.  New design and replacement of the entry doors at the Porta-cochere.  The lower public area under a complete renovation, concrete infill and enhancements of the Pre-Function and Convention facility to meet new design scheme
