LMG Construction Project Superintendent

LMG Construction is looking for full-time Field Superintendents who have experience in renovating existing Hotels, Restaurants, Medical office and Commercial Build-out’s.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and Manage Sub Contractors in accordance with project schedule and field requirements.

• Update and maintain an accurate project look ahead scheduling

• Supervise all field operations ensuring that the work is being done in accordance with the project construction documents

• Perform daily site walks to monitor construction progress, quality control and site safety.

• Maintain Job Site organization and cleanliness

• Maintain positive relationships with client staff and subcontractors; Be professional in all interactions and set an example for others to do the same.

Required Experience

• Previous experience Commercial renovation and Build-out.

• Working within and operational environment while executing work

• Overseeing multiple subcontractor’s

• Scheduling and coordination of project demands with Project Manager

• Construction Superintendent: 3 years (Required)

• Daily project site meeting attendance

• Computer skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Projects

• Strong Communication skills

• Good writing and project documentation

• Polite and courteous demeanor

• Professional appearance
