Marriott Courtyard, Ocala, FL
Phase I: Renovation of 173 guestrooms and corridors to support Marriott’s new brand standards. Scope of work includes demolition, wall texture, paint, carpet, vanity granite tops, bathroom remodel and ADA modifications. Existing case furniture will be refinished and reused to support new artwork, soft goods, lighting and seating additions.
Phase II:  Lobby ground floor renovation/conversion to support the new Marriott Bistro Concept

 

Wyndham Palm Aire Pompano Beach, FL
Provided turn-key interior renovations package of 118 units. Work involved demolition, wall texture, paint, carpet, kitchen, granite tops and new  furniture, fixtures and equipment plus soft goods.

 

Renaissance Orlando Airport Orlando, FL
Significant renovation and repositioning  of a premier four-star property with 297 guestrooms and suites. Redesign of presidential suite, concierge lounge and guest corridors. Public areas included lobby, convention center, work out facility, reception, restaurant, lounge, bar, meeting rooms, and business center underwent total refurbishment and new design.

 

Marriott Courtyard Coral Gables Coral Gables, FL
Conversion to Marriott Courtyard Hotel from a  formerly outdated Holiday Inn. Scope included a 21,000 square foot ground floor footprint. Involving redesign to a new configuration creating a modern Marriott specified Courtyard product which included, new entrance, lobby, water feature, reception desk, business center, meeting rooms, fitness center.

 

Westin Ft. Lauderdale Ft. Lauderdale, FL
A renovation of a 293 room, 14 story luxury business and convention hotel. Work was performed within guest tower and ground floor public areas.

 

Holiday Inn Lakewood Ranch Sarasota, FL
An upgrade and refurbishment to guestrooms and suites, corridors, meeting facilities, fitness center and lobby. Work included wall texture, paint, carpet, light fixtures and lobby stone feature. Furniture, fixture and equipment removal and installation was included in our scope.

 

Westin St. John St. John, USVI
Selected by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Orlando to coordinate and complete a high end ultra luxury interior fit-out which included the redesign of four existing buildings of guestrooms constructed in the early 80’s. Work consisted of sheetrock, metal studs, tile, paint, carpet, new kitchens, carpentry, windows and doors were all included in LMG’s scope of work.

 

Holiday Inn Kissimmee, FL
Construction Manager in the conversion and rebranding of a 444 room Best Western Hotel to a Holiday Inn. Assignment included full Construction Management services with onsite personnel and full corporate office support.

 

Timacuan Country Club Lake Mary, FL
Provided a turn-key renovation services for Golf Club House, Pro-Shop, a new conference  room, upgraded locker rooms, game room, and food and beverage facilities for Timacuan Golf Club. In addition, LMG completed a redesign  and renovation for the Mike Bender Golf Academy building located at Timacuan Golf  Course.

 

Holiday Inn St. Thomas, USVI
LMG implemented a Holiday Inn Property Improvement Plan (PIP) to upgrade the hotel. Work included exterior painting, 3 new elevators, 2 model rooms, signage program, standby generator, back of house modernization, beautification of courtyard and landscaping, installation of high-impact windows and sliding doors, lobby refresh and installed new entrance pavers.
